Schick Men’s Razor

Schick, a leading global manufacturer of safety razors, has worked with Insync on several projects. The Men’s System Razor pictured here is one successful product resulting from this partnership. Insync is involved in all phases of development from early ideation and concept generation, consumer research, ergonomics study, generating models and prototypes, mechanical engineering and preparation of all data for tooling and high volume production.

This system razor was developed to support both 3-blade and 5-blade cartridges. The handle consists of a die-cast body and 2-shot injection molded parts. We developed a final detailed design that was optimized for high-volume manufacturing and assembly.
