Our Designers have been involved with the John Deere Gator line since it was first introduced in 1993. Since then, Insync Design has been involved in the development of the T-Series, C-Series, heavy duty XUV & HPX, and most recently, the mid duty XUV550 & RSX850i utility vehicles.

The vehicle lineup has expanded from it’s utilitarian roots to encompass light to heavy duty cargo hauling. The 53 mph RSX brings the Gator to the recreational market, while retaining a tilting cargo box.

The XUV550 is intended as a work horse, while the RSX is geared toward the sport market. Many  parts are common, but these are two very different vehicles, the suspension, drivetrain and styling are unique. It was Insync Design’s responsibility to create an appearance that reflects the intended use of each model. Through manipulating the traditional iconic form features, we succeeded while retaining a family appearance.
