The Insync Philosophy
Our name reflects our approach to the design process. We work with our clients to bring their vision, marketing objectives and technology requirements together, to arrive at appropriate solutions.
Partners Jeff Joss, Steve Miggels, David Stowers, and Michael Zambelli formed Insync Design in March 1994. The four founding partners remain with the company, managing day-to-day operations of the business and all are actively involved in design and program management. Our combined experience covers a very broad range of industries and product categories. Together, the partners are named as inventors on over 120 design and utility patents.
Our team of creative designers brings a wealth of experience and category expertise to every program. We know that it is critical to the success of a program to incorporate the ideas of our client into our design proposals as well as our own ideas.
Our client’s unique insight into their customer typically enhances our ability to provide creative solutions. We encourage/recommend participation from the internal team including, Engineering, Product management, Marketing and Sales. Often the best ideas come from a simple observation or thought.
Located in New Jersey, our studio was designed with collaboration in mind.
